The Process
Phase 1: Individual Onboarding (2h, 1:1)
Goal clarification and status assessment (30 min) followed by setting up your personal AI environment – StepGPT (LibreChat with Claude, Gemini and ChatGPT) and n8n (90 min). You leave Phase 1 with a working environment.
Phase 2: Group Training (2x2h, up to 6 people)
Session 1: AI landscape, opportunities and practice. Session 2: Risks, guardrails and deep dive. Hands-on on own computers with individual support.
Phase 3: Individual Use Case (2h, 1:1)
Implementation of a concrete use case (60 min) plus open questions and planning (60 min). You leave with a working tool.
