Training Operations – Support & Delivery for AI Trainings (m/f/d)
You hold our AI trainings together and keep improving them – from planning to running your own session.
Who we are
Chainstep helps mid-sized companies actually use AI – not just talk about it. We do this in two ways.
We offer trainings: courses, in-house workshops and hands-on sessions where people learn to apply AI in their own workflows.
And we have our own software team. We build AI applications for our clients, including on-premise solutions where the data has to stay in-house. Alongside client work, the team develops its own products in the area of AI knowledge bases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) – systems that let a company query its own documents and get answers it can rely on.
The two sides talk to each other constantly. What our developers learn in a client project shows up in the next training. What trainers hear in a room full of sceptical employees shapes what we build.
The role
We're looking for someone to hold the training side together and keep developing it.
You make sure our courses run smoothly, from planning to documentation. You're the person participants turn to when something is unclear. You can also support the training on the content side or even run your own sessions.
If you like the idea of operational diligence and real subject matter standing side by side, this is exactly your job.
Your responsibilities
Training Operations
- Planning and coordinating our trainings: dates, tools, trainers
- Supporting participants before, during and after the course – you're the voice that writes back
- Preparing course materials, learning environments and access
- Keeping documentation under control: attendance, certificates, funding paperwork, audit prep
- Spotting what's stuck in our own processes and rebuilding it
Support & Training
- Technical and content support during the sessions
- Turning real client situations into exercises, examples and use cases
- Over time, if you want: your own training segments, tool workshops and office hours
What you bring
One thing first: you don't need to be able to do all of this. If you're truly strong in one of these areas and keen on the others, we'd love your application.
Process capture & optimisation
You can listen, take things apart, understand how a company really works, and design something better from it.
Applying LLMs in business processes
You haven't just tried ChatGPT or Claude – you've built something with them that people actually used.
Automation with n8n
Or a comparable tool (Make, Power Automate). What matters is that you think in workflows.
Beyond that, we'd love to see:
- A structured, self-directed way of working – several things run in parallel here
- Genuine interest in people who are still sceptical about AI
- The ability to explain complex things simply
- Very good German and good English
- Experience in training or adult education is welcome, but not a requirement
